  1. Introduction

Welcome to IB3 Orchards. By placing an order with us through our website or WhatsApp, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

  1. About Our Business

IB3 Orchards is a direct-from-farm mango brand. We operate seasonally during the mango harvest season only. All mangoes are sourced from our family-owned orchards in Andhra Pradesh and delivered directly to customers across India.

  1. Ordering Process

Orders can be placed through our website or via WhatsApp at +91 80191 57030. All orders are subject to harvest availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or logistical constraints, in which case a full refund will be issued. Minimum order quantities apply — 25 kg for Bangalore and 50 kg for locations outside Bangalore.

  1. Payment Terms

All orders require 100% advance payment before confirmation. Payments are accepted via UPI or bank transfer only. Your order is confirmed only after full payment is received and verified. No Cash on Delivery. No payment upon delivery.

  1. Delivery and Shipping

Bangalore deliveries are estimated at 3 to 5 working days. Pan India deliveries are estimated at approximately 7 days. Delivery charges apply based on location and order size. No free delivery. Timeframes are estimates and may vary. Customers must be available to receive their order at the provided address. IB3 Orchards is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment by contacting us via WhatsApp or call. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. Cancellations after 24 hours of payment are at the discretion of IB3 Orchards.

  1. Refund Policy

All sales are final for fresh produce. In the event of damaged or spoiled produce upon delivery, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographs and videos as evidence. We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. No refunds will be issued for change of mind, delays caused by incorrect address information, or natural variations in size, shape, colour, or taste of the produce.

  1. Product Quality

IB3 Orchards ensures the highest quality naturally ripened mangoes. However, as with all natural produce, variations in size, shape, colour, and taste may occur. We are not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from consumption of our products. Customers are advised to check personal dietary restrictions before purchasing.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing orders including name, phone number, and delivery address. Any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer are not the responsibility of IB3 Orchards.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the IB3 Orchards website including images, text, logos, and branding is the property of IB3 Orchards. Unauthorised use or reproduction is not permitted.
