We use your information only to process and confirm your order, coordinate delivery to your address, send order updates via WhatsApp or phone, and contact you about future mango seasons if you have ordered from us before. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

When you contact us via WhatsApp or provide your number for order purposes, you consent to receiving order-related messages from IB3 Orchards on that number. We do not send unsolicited promotional messages to numbers that have not contacted us directly.

Payment Information

All orders require 100% advance payment. Payments are processed via UPI or bank transfer. We do not store any card or banking information on our systems.

Delivery Information

Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with our third-party logistics partners solely for the purpose of completing your delivery. Delivery charges apply based on location and order size. No free delivery. This information is not used for any other purpose.

Fresh Produce and Refund Policy

IB3 Orchards deals exclusively in fresh, perishable produce. Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final once the order is confirmed and payment is received. In the event of damaged or spoiled produce upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographs. We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or credit at our discretion. No refunds will be issued for change of mind or delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
