3. Payment Terms
- IB3 Orchards does not offer online payment options.
- All payments must be made in UPI Terms upon delivery.
- Customers are required to provide the exact amount as per the order invoice at the time of delivery.
4. Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery is available to specified locations as mentioned on our website.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers must be available to receive their orders at the provided address during the agreed-upon delivery time.
- If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, IB3 Orchards reserves the right to reschedule.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Customers may cancel their order before dispatch by contacting our customer support. (Within 24 Hours, they have placed the order)
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
- No refunds or returns will be processed once the order is delivered unless the product is damaged or defective.
- Any claims regarding damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
6. Product Quality and Liability
- IB3 Orchards ensures the highest quality of natural mangoes and other products. However, variations in size, shape, and taste may occur as they are natural products.
- We are not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from the consumption of our products. Customers are advised to check for personal dietary restrictions before purchasing.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate and complete information while placing orders, including contact details and delivery addresses.
- Any issues arising due to incorrect information provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of IB3 Orchards.
8. Misuse of IB3 Orchards
- Customers must use the website responsibly and not engage in fraudulent activities, including placing fake orders.
- Non-payment upon delivery or refusal to accept an order without valid reasons may lead to restrictions on future purchases.
- Any misuse, tampering, or unauthorized access to IB3 Orchards’ website or content may result in legal action.
